College graduate, preferably with background in psychology, industrial engineering or other business course- At least two (2) years experience in payroll and benefits management
Familiar with Department of Labor and Employment regulations and requirements Knowledgeable in the requirements and regulation of Statutory Benefits
- With organizational sensitivity skill in making judgment or decisions and assessing long term implications
Good Verbal and written communication skills- Good interpersonal skills
The HR and Admin Assistant shall be responsible for recruitment, benefits, payroll and office administration
