Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology, Human Resources, or related courses
At least 3 years of working experience related to HR and administrative
  • Good interpersonal skills
Has basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Responsible for all facets of human resources, such as but not limited to recruitment, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, etc.
Create, implement, and support of HR directives and reports
  • Coordination with all the departments at Head Office and other plants
Performs other HR and administrative-related tasks that may be instructed by superiors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
