Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.- At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with background knowledge on the following facets: Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Labor and Employee Relations, Admin Services.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Possess very good communication skills both written and verbal.
