Job Summary:Responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of the group and assist in all facets of HR, as needed
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate orientations (e.g., OSH, PMES, CWCC, etc.) of new members, and facilitates contract signing and completion of MPC Kits.- Consolidates, processes, and ensures distribution of all ATM and ID requests of new members.
Assists in payroll-related tasks such as facilitation of cash payout release and submits receiving copies of Bank Advice to Admin Assistant and safe keeping of signed SOMA.
- Documents, summarizes, and collates all payroll concerns and relay to the Payout Processor, and appropriate key persons.
Educates and assists the members of the terms of their PAI and HMO, GMB and inhouse benefits, when applicable and needed.- Assists members in loan applications, and their online accounts for those without.
Forwards clearances to HO for further processing, ensures completion of needed documents prior forwarding to Head Office.
- Facilitate Authority to Deduct of new members pertaining to Medical, PPE, Barracks, etc. Maintain an updated monitoring shared with Payout Processors
Assist in searching candidates based on the identified target volume and lead time.
- Administrative Requirements:
Addresses all member concerns and queries, offers quick solutions, and/or directs, forwards and follows through the concerned to the right point person.- Recommends initiatives and assists in addressing operating issues and concerns obtained from members and operations staff

Updates, Monitors and submits Manning Master list, weekly manning report and summary of concerns
4 year graduate in any related course
