Job Description

JOB TITLE : HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
  • DEPARTMENT : HUMAN RESOURCES
  • REPORTS TO : HR ADMIN MANAGER
  • POSITION OVERVIEW:

The HR Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting our HR department's day-to-day operations and contributing to the long-term development of our HR practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to onboarding, vehicle schedule coordination, storage management, overseeing compensation and benefits, and assisting in various HR-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain confidentiality.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Assist in the offboarding process for exiting employees, including finalizing paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
  • VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT:
Schedule and monitor company vehicle usage and maintenance.
  • Manage requisitions for supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND MONITORING:
Assist in managing compensation and benefits packages, including field work and monitoring.
  • Monitor and manage loans from SSS and Pag-IBIG.
  • HR SUPPORT AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
Support in scheduling interviews for rank and file positions.
  • Handle employee relations issues such as tardiness and absences, promoting a positive work environment.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and manage employee accountability.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:
Maintain HR database management and employee files (201 File Management).
  • Assist in the requisition of supplies and the management of inventory and manpower schedules.
Support timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
  • HEALTH, SAFETY, AND COMPLIANCE:
Assist in ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate efforts between operations and sales teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Support the Learning & Development team in organizing training sessions and development programs.
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives and employee retention strategies.
  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
Support the performance management process, including assisting in monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Familiarity with HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 - Php22,000.00 per month
