- Holder of a National Certificate II (NC II) in Housekeeping. Prior experience in a housekeeping role is preferred.
- Ensure guests have a positive experience throughout their stay by maintaining cleanliness in rooms and washrooms.
- Check rooms for supplies and restock items such as toilet paper, soap, minibar, shampoo, towels, and drinking glasses.
- Perform cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Clean and inspect every room to ensure high standards are met.
- Notify management of damages or disturbances.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities and common areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
- Report necessary repairs to management.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Keep the linen room stocked. Clean upholstered furniture properly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
This position requires attention to detail, excellent cleanliness standards, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
