Overview of the role
We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated and hardworking individual who will be responsible for maintaining the impeccable cleanliness of areas of responsibility as per hotel standards, inclusive of guest rooms, guest corridors and elevator areas, organization of public space areas and service landings.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure efficient operation of the Housekeeping department.
Delegates work assignments to be carried out by attendants and outside contractors ensuring equal work distribution, clear information.
Supervise the Housekeeping colleagues to attract, retain, and motivate them, while maximizing efficiency and maintaining service levels.
Collaborate with all departments to maintain communication in providing guest-centric experience.
Ensure the Housekeeping team is knowledgeable and fully adheres to standards.
General Requirements
Minimum of at least 5 Years experience working in a 5 Star Hotel or same industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong leadership
