Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Ginger Hotels in Candolim. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage laundry services, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in housekeeping and laundry management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
