Job description- Attends to all internal and external Admin and HR-related inquiries or requests.
Maintains hard and digital records of employees.- Assists in the recruitment process by conducting initial evaluation of candidates, schedules interview with the HR Manager and requesting Department Heads and performing reference checks
In-charge of employee on-boarding (pre-employment documentation, contract preparation and employee orientation.
- Maintains calendar of HR management team.
Oversees the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.- Provides assistance in various HR functions : performance appraisal, timekeeping and payroll, company events, employee discipline, employee separation, report generation
Provides assistance in various Administrative functions: Cleaning and office supplies monitoring, minutes-taking during meetings, repair and maintenance of the office and various office equipment.
- Other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
With experience in Housekeeping related industries is an advantage
