Housekeeping Supervisor

Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping operations, along with strong leadership skills and attention to detail. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.

• Assign duties and inspect work to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.

• Schedule and organize housekeeping tasks, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance.

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Address guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and performance evaluations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

• Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.

Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Has experience in a service industry is a plus.

Pay: Php12,
