Job Role:
Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for the monitoring and control day to day operation of cleaning and serving for all guest rooms, public areas and offices in the hotel.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Management graduate or any related course;
At least over 2 years work experiences as Housekeeping Team Leader or 1 year in the same position;- Knowledgeable in Housekeeping Policies and Procedures and other practices;
Willing to work on different shift;
- Ability to deliver training at all levels;
Articulate, assertive and result-oriented;- Good physical resilience;
Computer literate;
Possess good leadership skills;- Keen to details and working carefully within the minimum time;
Understanding of IT issues in relation to Housekeeping; and
- Knowledgeable of the basic cleaning chemicals and machines.
