Housekeeping Manager (Neom Project)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of all residential and common areas within the compound.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop schedules and assign tasks to ensure all areas are cleaned in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective management.
  • Address any client or resident concerns related to housekeeping promptly and effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in housekeeping management, ideally within large residential compounds or hospitality settings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
