Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at Ginger Hotels in Candolim (262#). The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations, including supervising housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, ensuring excellent customer service, and communicating with other hotel departments. The Housekeeping Manager will also be involved in hiring and training housekeeping staff.

• Experience in laundry operations and management
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to address guest concerns
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in hiring and training housekeeping staff
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
