Cleans and sanitizes hotel rooms, offices, public areas, restrooms, and other areas.- Vacuums, mops, and sweeps carpets and floors.
Cleans windows and mirrors.
- Makes beds and changes linens.
Replenishes toilet paper, hand towels, soap, and other toiletries and restocking drinks and food items in the room's minibar.- Empties and cleans trash cans and replaces liners.
Tidies and organizes personal items and belongings, drawers, closets, and storage spaces in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Washes, dries, irons, folds, and puts away laundry.
Reports maintenance issues, including changing light bulbs.- Deep cleans carpets, drapes, and upholstery.
Maintains regular communication with other housekeeper attendants and management.
- Greet guests and respond to their concerns or questions.
Checking the room for technical or safety issues and reporting them to maintenance.- Cleaning and maintaining public areas within the building, such as the lobby, etc.
