Location: Vagator, Goa

Role Overview

The client is seeking an experienced Residence Manager with a strong background in residential butler services. The ideal candidate will oversee the seamless management of the household, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency. Candidates currently based in Goa are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the household, including daily operations and maintenance.

- Supervise and coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth functioning.

- Provide personalized butler services, including handling guest requests and maintaining exceptional service standards.

- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.

- Plan and manage events or gatherings, ensuring attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

- Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the property owner, addressing any specific needs or concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential setup.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

- Candidates currently residing in Goa are highly preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a proactive individual who can independently manage all household responsibilities.
