JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Responsible for making sure that all areas of the hotel run smoothly and work together successfully.
Will work with and develop the team to provide exceptional guest service, overseeing the smooth running of the hotel operations ensuring the hotel objectives are met through maximizing occupancy, revenue, and maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel.- Excellent communicator and have greatly developed organizational and communication skills, being able to thrive within a high-pressured environment.
Must be a team player whilst being able to adapt and take charge in a variety of situations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or relevant field
Atleast 5 years work experience as Hotel Manager or relevant role- Fluency in English; knowledge of other language is a big plus
Good leadership skills
