DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies
Conduct market research on customers and competitors- Design and implement marketing plans for the hotel
Coordinate with media representatives, sponsors, and influencers
- Create digital marketing contents on promos and communications
Develop targeted sales strategies- Handle client queries, contracts and reservations
Maintain client relations
- Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas
Prepare and present sales performance reports
Graduate of Marketing, Business, or any related field- Experience in sales and marketing from hotel industry
Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and project management skills
- High-level communication (verbal and written) and networking skills
A passion for sales and writing- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
