What you will be doing- Follow standard operations and procedures.
Recognize and escalate priority problems by Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:- K12 Graduate / Senior High School (New Curriculum)
6 months of BPO experience (3 months preferred)
- Airline, hotel, travel experience, or prior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, airline reservation systems, and/or related functions is a plus
Good communication skills- Ability to work onsite (office-based)
