Responsibilities
- Handle leasing inquiries online, face-to-face, and attend guest room inspections.
- Assist and resolve guest issues and concerns throughout their stay.
- Conduct quality control of hotel rooms before check-in.
- Process move-in/move-out documentation and conduct inspections.
- Follow up on rental fees.
- Build relationships with new and existing guests.
- Oversee the work performance and schedule of the receptionists, electrician, and housekeeping staff.
- Maintain inventory of supplies (check-in forms, sales reports, guest information).
- Handle confidential information discreetly.
- Develop and implement marketing plans (proposals, campaigns).
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Monitor unit renovations and ensure accurate material purchases.
- Oversee proper use of revolving fund for purchases.
- Suggest growth strategies considering both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct a weekly inspection on other properties including parking.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to Management
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, or any business or hospitality course
- At least 2-3 years in the same role
