Job Description- Oversees the over-all operations of the Hotel. Responsible with the establishment of integrally efficient and effective service operations to guests of the Hotel.
Responsible in planning, overseeing coordinating and monitoring on a daily basis the affairs of the following departments of the Hotel: Front Office (including cashiering), Finance and Purchasing, Sales & Marketing, F & B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security.- Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
Daily monitors and supervises the activities of all hotel staff during the shift.
- Daily checks the attendance of staff and activities; ensures that all manpower is being utilized efficiently by conducting spot-checking.
Daily reviews and makes spot/random checking of the daily accomplishment report by the housekeeping Leadman.- Consistently implements hotel grooming standards and other hotel-established standards and policies during the shift.
Handles guest complaints promptly and professionally; solicits feedback and comment.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration or relevant field
- With strong understanding of hotel management's best practices
With outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills- With exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail
Can speak in Filipino, English, Mandarin and Hookien
