JOB DESCRIPTION:- Prepares and cooks quality food following standard hotel recipes.
Stores food correctly and uses proper rotation and dating standards.- Maintains sanitary standards before, during and after food service.
Determines inventory of food items and requisition from storeroom.
- Maintains high quality level of food preparation.
With at least 1 year experience in cooking field.
- Basic knowledge in PASTRY.
