Key Responsibilities:
Hotel Concept Planning:
- Develop long-term visions for hotel expansion projects based on market demands, branding strategies, and financial objectives.
- Create hotel concept plans, including market and financial assumptions, design efficiencies, guest experience goals, and alignment with brand standards.
Market Analytics:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of the hospitality and real estate markets, including customer demographics, travel and tourism trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics.
- Perform location-specific market studies, including guest behavior analysis, demand forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and socio-economic evaluations to identify new opportunities for hotel development.
Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning:
- Perform financial analysis, investment budgeting, and scenario planning to evaluate the feasibility of hotel projects, ensuring they align with profitability goals and risk management strategies.
- Develop strategic plans for both existing properties and new hotel projects, focusing on optimizing financial returns, enhancing brand presence, and mitigating market risks.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to junior analysts involved in market studies, financial analysis, and project development.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that encourages innovation, excellence, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Management & Compliance Reporting:
- Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management, highlighting key findings, insights, and actionable recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, brand standards, and financial objectives.
