- Process hotel reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation software or booking systems.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, and relevant information in the database.
Keep updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
