Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
Inform guests of menu changes and daily specials, and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
Recognize and learn the names of regular guests.
Requirements:- At least 6 months to 1 year working experience
Good communication and multi-tasking skills
- Can execute instructions as specified by the Supervisor/Manager
Can stay calm and focused in stressful and busy situations- Can work under minimal supervision
Is diligent, proactive, and efficient
- Is able to work well in a team
