Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Assist with answering phones and taking reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entrance and lobby areas.
- Coordinate with servers to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Host or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Driven with a growth mindset and a passion for learning.
