-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Major in Crop Science (
- Assist the plant nursery supervisor in planning and executive landscaping projects.
- Oversee and guide gardeners in performing tasks such as planning, pruning, mulching etc.
- Monitor plant health and coordinate with the team to address any signs of diseases.
- Undertake assigned duties and emergency task as required.
- Promotes sustainable practices for water conservation and natural rest control in landscaping activities.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations during all landscaping operations.
- Provide recommendations for landscaping and nursery improvements.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the whole area.
- Oversee the maintenance of all equipment.
- Communicate with clients supplies and co-workers regarding nursery and landscape.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Reports directly to the plant nursery supervisor.
