Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing in a property, refinancing, building, or renovating; you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time and trusted to make the experience great for them.
More specifically you will:- Provide support and advice to customers to help them achieve their home buying dreams
- Complete first interviews and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions, and submitting applications
- Develop your business by building and maintaining internal and external referral sources, and seeking external referrals from existing customers
- Adhere to the Bank's processes, procedures, and Code of Conduct, including accurately reviewing customers financial positions, completing security checks, and ensuring applications comply with our obligations
- Attend regular coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coaching your branch colleagues on best practice
We're interested in hearing from people who have:- Experience in a similar home lending role from within a bank or mortgage broker environment
- Demonstrated business development success
- A well-developed knowledge of home lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
