  • Identify opportunities for clients seeking financing or refinancing for their home loans
  • Engage with customers via phone to understand their unique lending needs and conduct pre-qualifications
  • Refer clients and schedule appointments with our broker network
  • Address inquiries with empathy and professionalism via phone, email, social media, and web chat
  • Balance customer demand and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Foster customer loyalty, advocacy, and retention through exceptional service

Requirements

Your Skills, Our Success!

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of recent mortgage experience with a financial institution or licensed mortgage broker
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, customer-facing environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver service that promotes customer loyalty and advocacy
  • Genuine passion for engaging with people daily and building rapport
  • Strong customer-centric approach with resilience in handling challenging situations
  • Natural aptitude for digital tools and technologies, with familiarity in systems like Zendesk and Slack as a plus
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to support colleagues and foster a positive, enjoyable workplace atmosphere
