- ICD-10 CODER Responsibilities
- Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM codes from the care plans, and other applicable documentation in accordance with official coding guidelines.- Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.
Maintains the productivity expectations as defined by the department standard for home care services.
- Works closely with clinical team members for corrections/updates/clarifications to either the 485/POC, or the OASIS.
- OASIS REVIEWER Responsibilities
Oasis Review and suggested corrections
- Abstracting information from the Medicare OASIS D form and other medical records.
Reviewing the 485 Plan of Care for compliance.- Reviewing Face to Face Documentation for regulatory compliance.
Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.
- Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
6 months recent Home Health experience required
- Certification in home health coding or Oasis Review (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10 and COS-C) a plus

- 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
