- ICD-10 CODER Responsibilities
- Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
- Accurately assigns ICD-10-CM codes from the care plans, and other applicable documentation in accordance with official coding guidelines.
Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.- Maintains the productivity expectations as defined by the department standard for home care services.
Works closely with clinical team members for corrections/updates/clarifications to either the 485/POC, or the OASIS.
- OASIS REVIEWER Responsibilities
- Oasis Review and suggested corrections
Abstracting information from the Medicare OASIS D form and other medical records.
- Reviewing the 485 Plan of Care for compliance.
Reviewing Face to Face Documentation for regulatory compliance.- Maintains a minimum of 95% overall coding quality score in diagnostic coding.
- Experience dealing with coding holds/problem charts highly desired
- 6 months recent Home Health experience required
Certification in home health coding or Oasis Review (HCS-D or BCHH-C in ICD-10 and COS-C) a plus

Pay: Php60,- 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
