• NE Learning Inc. is a registered tutorial services catering Korean students via phone and video class. We accept with or without experience to be a part of our growing company.

• All qualified teachers will undergo:

• - A FOUR-WEEK ONLINE TRAINING and will be evaluated before starting their Full time.

• - Training Schedule: Mon to Fri: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM via zoom.

• - Paid training of PHP 200-
• 00 per day that will be given once you passed.

• HOME BASED REQUIREMENTS: (strict compliance)

• Internet connection connected via lan cable (minimum of 100 mbps, either GLOBE/PLDT/CONVERGE FIBER only)
  

• Personal computer/desktop/laptop (windows 10/ i3-i7 processor / 4-8gigRAM)
  

• HD camera
  

• Headset with noise canceling feature- Brand Preferred: Logitech H110/H111
  
• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct phone and video classes for Korean students.
  

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the student.
  

• Other tasks as required by the position.
  
• WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Friday only (no weekends).

2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Minimum of 6 months probationary employment.

• COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Basic salary with or without students starting Php 14,120.00 per month.
  

• Perfect Attendance Incentive per month from Php 1,000.00 to Php 2,500 per month.
  

• Monthly Productivity Incentive from Php 500.00 to Php 8,400.00 per month.
  

• Government mandated benefits per month.
  

• Compliment incentive/referral/recognition incentive , holiday pay and 13 th month.
  

• Paid leave credits upon regularization (VL/SL).
  

• Performance allowance, Internet allowance, Meal/Rice Allowance up to Php 2,000 each depending on performance evaluation.
  

• Increase and addition of incentives and allowance will be given depending on the results of performanceevaluation.
