Home-based Cloud and Security Operations Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the DCX Cloud and Security Operations Team
  • Track ongoing projects and existing process improvements, and proactively involve and collaborate with the Customer Support Team or our 3rd party IT Service to resolve escalated client technical concerns.
  • Manage and administer DCX Endpoint Security Controls (DUO, Heimdal, and all security controls)
  • Assess and remediate system vulnerabilities; provide response and resolution to detected threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Recommend and implement IT and security process improvements.
  • Manage, maintain and control DCX Azure Environment, Office 365, OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Track the client's technical assistance requests progress and provide permanent and long-term resolution for all applications and security related concerns.
  • Ensure to maintain SLA with strict adherence to Information Security Policies
  • Perform checks and balances for the existing DCX security controls and ensure compliance with the DCX Information Security Policy
  • Recommend and implement industry standards for Cloud operations and Information security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any IT related courses.
  • Must have 3 to 5 Years experience in IT Management
  • With relevant experience on managing Cloud Environment and SaaS
  • Must be an expert in Microsoft Azure Administration
  • Experienced in managing and maintaining Cybersecurity and Information Security Management
  • Must have a positive attitude, collaborative and able to communicate and respond sincerely.
