Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Analyze and resolve issues received from the customer- Escalate the call to the next level if necessary
Perform other related tasks needed
Qualifications:
- Completed At least 2 years in college (Without back subjects)
With at least 1 year BPO experience- Excellent communication skills
Amenable to work onsite MOA, Pasay
