Your Key Responsibilities
Make and manage schedules for our customer service team. Ensure the schedules have optimal coverage.
Check real-time data to make adjustments and ensure its efficiency.
Work with various scheduling tools to maintain accuracy and meet its needs.
Needed Qualifications
College graduate or having completed at least one year of college.
At least two years of hands-on experience in WFM in a call center inbound voice process.
At least one year of scheduling experience. You must have used any of the following tools: eWFM, Blue Pumpkin/Impact 360, or IEX.
