_Are you ready to work with the latest technology in the Human Experience Management (HXM) industry SpinifexIT is hiring a System Implementation Consultant in the Philippines to support the implementation of our Strato cloud-based SuccessFactors solutions for global customers.
As a System Implementation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of international clients and projects. You'll be involved in requirements gathering, system configuration, unit testing, and issues resolution for our Strato Solution. You'll also be responsible for supporting migration and cutover activities, analyzing and addressing issues found during user acceptance testing and documenting solutions and reporting on the status of deliverables._

As a
System Implementation Consultant, the role would further develop you to your full potential because
- You will be empowered to learn our new technology solution and build new technology expertise by working closely with the Strato Development team and Center of Excellence in the development and/or enhancements of our Strato product suite for our customers, clients, and partners worldwide.
Be a valuable contributor in the Increase in the quality of deliverables and overall customer satisfaction- Building smoother transitions of solutions deployment to our user community
Strengthened partner and customers relations through the positive experience of our product suite
We welcome applicants who have a demonstrable experience and professional background on the following:
- At least 4 years total work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in system implementation projects
Experience in SuccessFactors implementation or strong end-user experience is a definite plus
- Notable experience in any HCM system and processes is preferred
Solid experience any cloud-based or web-based solution testing, or end-user experience- Experience in using JIRA is also a plus
SuccessFactors Employee Central knowledge and configuration experience
- Passion for system issues investigation, debugging and finding solutions
