• Role Overview: Drive company growth by securing sales for products and services, ensuring consistent, profitable revenue growth through strategic planning.

• Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement: Pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and refine sales strategies and action plans.

• Main Duties:

Collaborate with Sales Team: Work together to achieve sales goals.

• Manage Sales Areas: Oversee assigned geographic areas and product lines.

• Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain client relationships.

• Sales Activities: Conduct sales calls and out-of-office client visits at least four times a week.

Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports.

• Marketing Support: Participate in exhibitions and support marketing initiatives.

Target Management: Achieve sales targets within approved profit margins.

• Qualifications:

Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in sales software and tools.

• Willingness to travel regularly.

A college degree in a relevant field preferred.

Pay: Php15,
