Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.
Can attend onsite interview- At least 1 yr and above BPO experience (preferably with financial experience)
At least conversant/basic english
- Amenable to working onsite
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status High School or Senior High School Diploma.
- Candidates must be at least conversant in English language.
