Needed Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of college (equal to 72 units) and six months of BPO experience. Or, they must have graduated from a 4-year course and have at least six months of BPO experience. (Candidates with excellent communication skills but no BPO experience are welcome!)
Have a strong customer service orientation and good analytical skills.
Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing.
