Job Description

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
  • College graduate of any four-year course
BS in Mechanical Engineering and Marketing Degree would be an advantage
  • Experience in automotive is a plus
  • JOB SUMMARY:

He/She is responsible for selling brand new Hino trucks and buses and generating individual, government, and corporate accounts with commissions/incentives of at least Php 8,000 per unit in addition to basic pay.
  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote and sell products to customers and offers service design, standardization, and customization
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit, and service improvements.
Conduct market research to identify market selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Performing sales prospecting activities on a routine basis and providing competitive market feedback.
Creating and managing overall action plans to exceed quota for your territory
  • Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with the customers and supervisor.
Saturations, company visit, and government LGU's and etc
  • OTHER SPECIAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Good in presenting ideas and good planner
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12,
  • 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
