- Proficient in Windows based programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-Previous experience in Customer Service in the POS or technology sector, Merchant Acquisition, and /Or POS, Payment's systems would be an advantage.
- Confidence when talking to people. Strong communication, negotiation, Customer Service Skills and presentation skills
- Ability to Lead Customer Service Operations
- Knowledge in EFT POS terminals and proper documentation
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
