Qualifications:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Familiarity with Service Desk- Knowledge in Zoho Application is an advantage
Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in Service Desk Systems

Proven technical and analytical skills- Excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to multitask
- Working under pressure, handling complaints
Flexible working hours- Willing to render overtime if needed
Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Contribute to the phase of project life cycle using Zoho
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and chat in a regional level
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction- Keep records of customer interactions and file documents
Handling ticketing system, updates status and collaborative with team members
- Ensure ticket solutions achieve timeline requirements
Maintains a positive relationship with colleagues and existing clients- Demonstrate knowledge in service desk system and apply it in business
