Job Description

  • Observe and comply with all site Safety Rules and Regulation and the Safety and Health Legislation so to protect herself and all her fellow staff and workmen.
  • To comply with all the quality specifications and requirements by the customers.
  • Make sure to respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically.
  • To follow standard Helpdesk operating schedule.
  • Make sure to log all necessary job request details and helpdesk interactions.
  • Make sure to identify the type of work, service, problem, and urgency of the job requests.
  • Make sure to assign appropriate job requests (BM, AR, and FI) to respective technicians on duty.
  • Make sure to track and route job requests to give feedback to the requestors.
  • Make or do some coordination works among staff in the absence of Site Engineers and assigned Team Leaders.
  • Make sure to properly hand over all pending task to next Helpdesk Operator on duty.
  • Periodically generate and provide a comprehensive tasks summary for updates as per Client request and/or inclusion in the monthly report.
  • Strictly follow Engie ethics and code of conduct.
  • Perform any office/paper works to be assigned from time to time by the CMMS Engineer and FM
