We are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to be the central point of contact for all ticket-related inquiries. This includes coordinating and scheduling tickets, promptly processing inbound emails, chat requests, and overflowed calls, conducting an effective triage process, and routinely communicating with all ticket stakeholders.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule tickets based on Partner Capacity, Work in Progress, and Technician Capacity
  • Promptly process inbound emails, chat requests, and overflowed calls
Conduct an effective triage process to identify the root cause of the issue and determine the best course of action.
  • Routinely communicate with all ticket stakeholders (Partners, Customers, End Users, Technicians, Vendors, and Management) to provide uniform, up to date information and progress updates.
Build rapport with Partners, Customers, and End Users to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain professional notes and records of all interactions.
  • Qualifications

Minimum one year call B2B call center experience (tech account)

Minimum one year call B2B call center experience (customer support)

Minimum one year of a resource coordination or project coordination role such as supervisor, personal assistant or dispatcher

2 years of higher education learning

Fluent verbal and written English

Strong customer service and rapport building skills

Strong organization skills including demonstrable multi-tasking and planning skills
