HELP DESK AGENT: Handles and coordinates incoming calls
Coordination, writing, mailing and distribution of the superior's entire
correspondence incompliance with the superior.
Optimize use of Customer Service System
Team support regarding assigned tasks.
Generation of clients service daily or monthly reports including statistical
reports incompliance with superior.
Preparation and coordination with sub con documents, reports and
invoices.
Implementing and achieving of business targets.
- Must have Bachelor's Degree in any field
