A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses- 1-2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or technical support experience is an advantage
With experience in handling POS terminal
- Knowledgeable in Applications
Strong analytical skills- Good problem-solving skills
Good computer troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends, and shifting schedule
Computer literate especially on Microsoft office- Great Customer Service skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Highly organized with self-disciplined
