A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses
  • 2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or technical support experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Applications
  • Strong analytical skills
Good problem-solving skills
  • Good computer troubleshooting skills
Willing to work during holidays and weekends, and shifting schedule
  • Computer literate especially on Microsoft office
Great Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
Highly organized with self-disciplined
