A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses- 2 years previous IT Service Desk and/or technical support experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Applications Good problem-solving skills- Good computer troubleshooting skills
Willing to work during holidays and weekends, and shifting schedule
- Computer literate especially on Microsoft office
