Looking For Filipino Citizens Who Are Philippines-based Candidates

Position : Help Desk Dispatcher

Working Schedule : 8AM - 5PM EST

Salary Range : $800 - $1000 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Position Overview

The Help Desk Dispatcher ensures the efficient allocation and prioritization of internal and field resources within the organization. Responsible for the daily dispatch of service requests, this role actively monitors and manages incoming client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resources and locations. The Help Desk Dispatcher plays a crucial role in optimizing support processes, contributing to high service standards by orchestrating timely dispatches. Candidates should be motivated, quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Note that the role typically requires work during normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm), with potential additional hours based on operational needs.

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

  • Process service requests received via email, manual entry, or direct customer calls.
  • Manage technicians calendar appointments to coordinate project and support work, maximizing resource utilization.
  • Ensure client requests are acknowledged and routed correctly for support.
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure timely entry and resolution of service requests.
  • Track and manage the location of technical support staff to ensure accurate support activity recording.
  • Communicate with customers, providing updates on incident progress, changes, and outages.
  • Oversee and ensure accurate time entry on service requests.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of IT or customer service experience and/or relevant education.
  • Previous experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a plus.
  • Excellent clerical and organizational skills for managing schedules, routes, and personnel.
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting events effectively.
  • Composure under stress and adaptability to rapidly changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, sound judgment, and critical thinking.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative work ethic.
