Heavy Equipment Operator (Project Site)

The Heavy Equipment Operator operates Heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, graders, road rollers, etc. used in the project development activities of the company

• Coordinated with the Construction Engineer on job assignments relative to the operational activities of the project site

Reports immediately any irregularity observed and detected on the assigned heavy equipment to the Construction Engineer

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company's operating safety policies and procedures

Accomplishes earthwork activities such as cut and fill, drainage excavations works, grading compaction etc. based on the specification requirements of the project to minimize reworks

• Create level surfaces, grade slopes to specifications, remove materials and thoroughly fill voids using plans and/or a surveyor's guidance

Ensures that correct and proper equipment is used for a particular work assignment

• Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices

Prepares and submits accurate and timely heavy equipment utilization reports

• Assis Truck (Trailer) Driver during heavy equipment transfer to different project sites

Study and practice simple trouble shooting and replacement of minor parts of the equipment

• Qualifications

At least High School Graduate or with TESDA National Certification (NC II)

• Minimum of 2 years experience

• Work Location:

Lot 10A - Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
