We are looking for experienced Healthcare Recruiters to attract, recruit, and successfully place and deploy healthcare professionals with our clients.
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- End-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing healthcare professionals
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize your extensive experience and industry knowledge to source, attract, and engage with qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, allied health professionals
- Meet target requisition and placements on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements:
- Any bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using different applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to work on a graveyard shift
- Willing to work at Ortigas, Pasig City site
