Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates qualifications- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates
Maintain and update the candidate database
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Must have a power backup and stable internet connection
Ability to start immediately
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
